***Cancellations and refunds are allowed up to one week before your scheduled pickup. After this time refunds will not be possible although we greatly appreciate if you would let us know if you can’t make it. If, at the last minute, you are unable to make your pickup time, we recommend you send a friend or family member in your stead and definitely give us a ring.
